Family Fun at Its Best

I thought the animation team was great. Luciana and Sanne are kind. This was our first girls trip. We felt comfortable because the entertainers made an effort to find us. They checked to see if we are okay. There are many pools for various preferences. Some have slides, busiest. I enjoyed the multiple bars at each pool. I found many alternatives for swimming.
I think the rooms are not fully clean. I saw a few insects in the room. I also saw hair under the duvet covers. The bathroom taps had limescale buildup. The area under the beds were dirty.

Staff was very friendly. They was helpful and professional. Maria was thoughtful. She. I felt special because she put care into making guests feel special.

The apartment had reasonable dimensions. It included a refrigerator with a small freezer. That was convenient. The apartment was comfortable. I liked the balcony with the beautiful lake view.

The location is central. It is near commerce. The hotel is next to restaurants. The area is good. The hotel is very close to the beach. There are many places for walking.

The food was good. I had the Spanish version of a full English every morning in the main food hall. I ate lunch in the many pool bars. They were smaller food halls. I recommend the pizza at the black and white restaurant. You should book it in advance.

i found the apartment in leda 3 simple but adequate. it had all expected facilities. the air conditioning became very important.
the tea cups in the apartment are quite small.
